BUSINESS BIO:
Marilyn Anderson is an award-winning writer who has worked in film, television, and theater. She has sold screenplays to several studios, networks, and production companies.

One of Marilyn's romantic comedy screenplays was produced and aired on Lifetime TV in 2008. For episodic TV, she has written for many shows, including, "Murphy Brown," "Sherman Oaks," "FAME," and "Friday the 13th - the Series." She was on the writing staff of "Carol & Company," starring Carol Burnett, Richard Kind, and Jeremy Piven.

Marilyn was honored with a LUMINAS Award for the positive depiction of women in film and television. Three of her screenplays won top awards from Scriptapalooza, American Screenwriting Contest and the Writer's Digest Writer's Competition. In addition, Ms. Anderson is a judge for the Nicholl's Screenwriting Fellowship sponsored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences that awards the Oscars. She is in the WGA, the Dramatist's Guild and the Author's Guild.

Marilyn is a produced playwright and the author of a humorous relationship book, "NEVER KISS A FROG: A Girl's Guide to Creatures from the Dating Swamp." Internationally, the book is published in the U.K., Canada, Spain, Germany, Korea, China, Taiwan, Turkey and Vietnam.

Utilizing the frog illustrations in her book, Marilyn developed a line of products for licensing and merchandising, including FrogFellas™, ToadBags™, and FrogNotes… laugh 'til you croak™!

A series of webisodes based on "Never Kiss a Frog™," which Marilyn wrote and produced, will be premiering soon. Marilyn also wrote and produced another new comedy webisode series, "I Married an Einstein." She stars in the series as Bunny, the wife of Albert Einstein's long-lost-not-so-smart nephew, Benny Einstein. You won't recognize Marilyn when she plays Mrs. Einstein - but you may recognize her from another popular show. She was the "Dating, Flirting & Kissing" Coach on TV's "Extreme Makeover."

Marilyn has been interviewed on over 250 radio & television shows and has been featured in magazines & newspapers nationwide, including Teen People, Complete Woman, the National Examiner, The Sun, Rocky Mountain News, Las Vegas Sun, Boca News, Toronto Sun, Calgary Sun, Vancouver Sun, METRO NY, METRO Boston, METRO Philly, and LA Splash Magazine.

In addition, she has written relationship articles for the Los Angeles Times, Jewish Journal of Greater Los Angeles, Jewish News of Greater Phoenix, Chicago Wedding Pages, Long Island Wedding Pages, Arizona Wedding Pages, Betty Confidential and others.

Marilyn has a unique background. She was originally a biologist and worked at the National Academy of Sciences - where she became an expert in the mating habits of animals. Now she is an expert on the mating habits of the human animal!

Ms. Anderson is the Travel & Entertainment Editor for Agenda Magazine and Agenda Bride. Additionally, she writes a syndicated column, "Romance on the Road" which focuses on hotels and B & B's for couples to share romantic getaways. Also featured are special restaurants, sights, museums, theater and romantic places in the U.S. and abroad. In her columns, Marilyn also keeps readers up-to-date on VIP and Charity Events in Los Angeles."
