BUSINESS BIO:
T.K. Sandal: Executive Producer, Producer, Production Manager & Coordinator Trina Kumari Sandal currently resides in Los Angeles freelancing as a Production Manager and Coordinator as well as stepping into Producer/Owner shoes for Sunspot Pictures. After getting a series of hands on training lessons in Toronto working on several independent short films, at the Toronto International Film Festival, and for CW Media’s Canadian Home & Garden Television, Southern California quickly became the inevitable destiny in 2006. Starting with work on AFI thesis projects and moving towards gigs with the Travel Channel and Fox Network Trina has found herself working with such talent as Freddie Prinz Jr. (I Know What You Did Last Summer, 24), Ryan Seacrest (American Idol), Danny Trejo (Desperado, From Dusk Til Dawn), Melora Hardin (The Office, Thank You For Smoking) and Maria Conchita Alonso (Moscow On The Hudson). 2009 found her delving into the world of jazz where she worked with talent Brian Culbertson & Universal Music on the performance DVD Live From The Inside at Capitol Records. Future projects include producing a feature script currently in development as well as web and television commercial campaigns for Sunspot Pictures and freelance production management on a range of upcoming independent films.

PERSONAL BIO:
Trina Kumari Sandal hails from a host of different backgrounds involving the countries of India, Sweden. Germany. Poland, Canada and the United States. This colorful family history has led her to become a constant traveler, avid writer and champion for as much knowledge and experience in her life as is humanly possible.

By 2003 she had bachelors degree from San Francisco State University with a major in cinema and a minor in sociology.

Trina teamed with Charles Rhoads and Nick Harris to form Sunspot Pictures in 2007.
