BUSINESS BIO: Grant Sawyer started his career in the film industry as a Telecine assist at Sony Pictures. During the next six years at Sony he assumed a variety of Post Production roles, including four plus years at the Sony High Definition Center. During his last year at Sony, Grant caught the bug for Producing. He used this new found muse to produce a few small DV projects including the feature mockumetary "Film Dance" a comedic look at the world of independent film making.  Grant made the move to 35mm as the Production Coordinator for the feature comedy "The Almost Guys" starring Robert Culp. Through a mutual friend Grant forged a relationship with Paul Rosenberg the producer of the "Addams Family" and "Go". As a result of this affiliation Grant became the VP of Production of Mr. Rosenberg's Production Co. M2M Studios. Grant has since left M2M but still maintains a solid working relationship with Mr. Rosenberg. Currently, Grant is developing / Executive producing many feature projects with several different producers and has just finished producing the indi thriller/horror "Legend of Bloody Mary" with Director / Producer John Stecenko. He is also an Executive Producer with the Production Co. Rushlight Entertainment which through their strong relationships in banking/private equity and bonding, have created an exciting, some even say revolutionary, way of funding films. They are in the process of building their own multi million dollar fund as well.
