BUSINESS BIO: Mr. Tanner practiced with the Encino law firm of Green & Shinee for over six years focusing on labor and employment law. He later practiced in private practice representing primarily plaintiffs in labor and employment, workers compensation and general litigation cases. In 2000, Mr. Tanner began a defense practice with Malmquist, Fields & Camastra where he is a partner. He focuses mainly on workers’ compensation defense, litigation, and advising employers regarding labor and employment related matters. Mr. Tanner is a member of the California State Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, the Federal Central and Eastern District Courts and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the All Cities Network’s Resource Group and Media Group in Los Angeles. PERSONAL BIO: Mr. Tanner received his bachelor’s degree at San Francisco State University in 1983. He later attended law school at the University of Nebraska and San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno where he received his law degree in 1990
